I had the privilege of photographing a Tea Party rally in Marion, IN on Saturday. This is a series that I would like to continue to work on as long as the Tea Party movement continues.

I'm always frustrated by the news coverage of the Tea Party movement, they portray them as crazy militant radicals. They aren't. They are simple people who are worried about the changes they see in our government. They aren't trying to force their beliefs on anyone, but they're tired of being walked on. These images aren't supposed to make any political stand. They are supposed to show the human element behind their signs: "Faces of the Tea Party"
